  2. Each crew leader will speak fluent English and be available to communicate with you when necessary. 
  3. Management will schedule daily inspections of your property and will review your project's progress with you at your request.
  4. We will promptly correct any aspect of our work that is unsatisfactory to you.
  5. Your job site will be left neat, clean and safe each and every day.
  6. Our trucks are clean and identifiable, and will not detract from the appearance of your neighborhood.
  7. We will be there when we say wewill and we will do what we promise to do.
  8. You will receive accurate and detailed invoices for each phase of your project and any additional work or changes which you have approved.
  9. You will be completley satisfied with all aspects of the work we do for you.
  10. If a plant that we install on your project does not perform as it should, we will replace it free of charge for 6 months after installation. If we design it, plant it and maintain it, we guarantee it!
